BULK BAG UNLOADER - SALT LAKE CITY

 

A local dairy needed a 3A Dairy design bulk bag unloader with a densification deck.  We were able to supply our Flexicon Bulk Bag Filler with an extra low profile deck and ramp to allow hand trucks to unload pallets rather than using a forklift.  This system has load cells and a weigh batch panel that is very accurate and has a dribble mode on our inlet slide gate.

 

 

DUST COLLECTOR - SALT LAKE CITY

 

One of the many nutracutical companies in Salt Lake City decided to purchase our MCF dust collector that uses a PD Pump to clean the filters rather than the traditional compressed air system.  This system will pay for itself in the upcoming years with the cost savings from the compressed air alone.  This system also has our BS&B Explosion protection system on it to comply with the NFPA standards.  We have retrofitted a number of older dust collectors with this equipment due to the fact that there is not a grandfather clause on this NFPA standard.

 

 

DUST COLLECTOR - SALT LAKE CITY

 

On this dust collector we sold them a new fan after making an evaluation of their current capacities were.  This service is available along with getting your dust samples tested for your PMAX and your KST Values.

 

With duct work designed by Dee, our installers are able to make clean and efficient systems.  Our installers have been working with us for over 30 years and are easy to work with.  From 4” duct work on up we have installed systems of all different sizes and applications.

 

 

CENTRAL VAC SYSTEM - SALT LAKE CITY

 

This installation is for a central vacuum system where they clean 4 stories up and 150' away from this unit.  House keeping has improved throughout the facility with this unit.  Also note that this system is equipped with our BS&B Explosion vent to comply with NFPA.

 

 

POWDER HANDLER - SALT LAKE CITY

 

This system pneumatically conveys different powder and granular ingredients to our Schenck Mechatron Gain in weight feeder system.  The ingredients are then added into each batch at precise measurements.
